Elementary Music Virtual Learning Statement:
Through remote learning, the general music team is committed to helping students continue creating, performing, responding, and connecting to music as aligned to state and national standards. The elementary music specialists will encourage growth through the elements of rhythm, melody/pitch, movement, and creativity across all grade levels. We will continue to encourage our students to develop their love and life-long enjoyment of the arts during this unprecedented time.

What is Composition
A composition is the music written by an author of music. it is the process of creating or writing a new piece of music.
Global Groovin'- create a world-music mix with drag and drop.
Classics for Kids Compose Your Very Own Music- compose 4 measure of music in 4/4 time.
Arts Alive Compose Music- compose a 9 note melody.
SFS Kids Composerizer- drag and drop measure in the order you choose to compose a piece.
Music Maker- create unique melodies by changing the notes played.
Science on Music- compose music in a virtual kitchen, learn about acoustics, and create a remix.
